01 — The problem
Why we exist

London is breaking the people who live in it.

Rents up 38% in five years. Open houses with forty applicants. Agents picking whoever waves the biggest cheque. Students priced out. Expats discriminated against. Families pushed outside the M25.

Renting in London became a lottery rigged against everyone who isn't rich. LIVRE doesn't tweak the system. We're replacing the broker layer with verification, AI matching, and an embedded wallet that builds trust on every payment.

02 — How it works

Four moves.
No agents.

01

Passport, selfie, address. Card linked to your embedded wallet. Real people only.

02

Our AI reads your priorities — budget, borough, lifestyle — and scores every listing.

03
Sign

Digital contract. Deposit held. No agency fees. No surprise charges.

04
Live

Rent auto-paid from the wallet. Both parties see the trust dashboard build over time.

03 — The trust layer

Every on-time payment is a receipt.

A shared dashboard shows both sides exactly where things stand — what's paid, what's upcoming, what's been fixed. Reputation built block by block, not borrowed from a credit bureau.

04 — FAQ

Honest answers.

Is this only for London?

Yes — for now. London is the most broken rental market in the UK and where our verification network is densest. Other UK cities come once London is solved.

What does 'verified' actually mean?

Government ID + selfie + proof of address for tenants. Title deed + ID for landlords. Both parties also link a real payment card to the embedded wallet.

Am I locked into the wallet?

No. The wallet auto-pays rent and tracks your on-time streak — but you can top up or withdraw any time. Your card data is tokenised, never stored.

How is this fair to landlords?

Verified tenants. Pre-screened by mutual fit. Auto-paid rent. Ratings built from real tenancies. The good landlords win — the slumlords don't.
